Empowering Players to Become Game-Changers
Training with me (Coach José), players in grades 6–12 will develop both basketball individual and team fundamentals, focusing on elevating and enhancing their overall game.
How can I help? I coach players to build skills they can apply in their game, including form shooting and stationary/moving dribbling.

My approach to basketball is deeply rooted in serving parents as they develop their children, using the sport as a tool for character development and skill growth. The goal is not to become the best player in the world, but rather to help each athlete improve their abilities and reach their full potential as an individual. With a focus on developing strong basketball fundamentals, I am committed to doing whatever it takes to help players grow and succeed both on and off the court. I accomplish this through a Christ-centered, mentorship-based, and goal-oriented approach!

Professionally, I am passionate about empowering young people for present and future success. Whether through my corporate communications role, youth leadership at church, or coaching middle and high school basketball, I am dedicated to equipping the next generation with the skills and opportunities they need to thrive — whether in sports, in their professional world, or in their personal lives. Personally, I am a family guy, married with two kids, and devoted to sharing my life with them. And with that in mind, here is my family endeavors that speaks to that.
And most importantly, I am a committed Christian who loves Jesus Christ, the Son of God, and who lives to give Him glory in all things.
